STEP 1: Dip the donut holes in chocolate: Lay out parchment paper. Place your sprinkles and half of the package of donuts in separate bowls. Set aside another bowl of plain donut holes for assembling later. Using a microwave-safe bowl, melt the candy melts according to the directions on the package. Using a dipping tool, fork or toothpick, dip the donut holes in the chocolate, covering completely or partially.
STEP 2: Decorate the donut holes with sprinkles: Next, dip the chocolate-covered donut hole in the bowl of sprinkles and set the donut on the parchment paper to dry.
STEP 3: Assemble the lollipop sticks: Once the chocolate covered sprinkled donut hole is completely dry and the coating is firm, assemble the individual donut holes on your lollipop stick by mixing plain and decorated donut holes (about 3 per stick) on each stick.
STEP 4: Make your waffle cone bouquet: Take your waffle cone and place decorative shredded paper in the bottom. Then, place your donut hole sticks in the cone and wrap your assembled cone with festive tissue gift wrap and tie with a ribbon. Now you are ready to Give Joy this Valentine’s Day
