Dip the Joy ice cream cones in orange fondant up to the rim. Put the cones on a metal cookie sheet to dry. In the meantime, prepare your favorite “Dirt” recipe according to directions. Once the fondant is dry, fill each Joy cake cup with the “Dirt” mix to the rim. Sprinkle the crushed up cookie crumbs on top of the “Dirt” ingredients until covered. Cut the top off a circus peanut. Stick the circus peanut into the top of the cone filled with recipe contents. Cut two 1’ sections of s’ghetti straw. Stick into the top of the circus peanut. Slightly cut each straw in half about ½”. enJOY!
Place chocolate sandwich cookies in a large zip-top plastic bag. Use a rolling pin to crush them into small pieces. Continue to crush the cookies in a bag until they are fine crumbs. Make the pudding. Pour the dry pudding mix into a large bowl, add the cold milk. Whisk everything together until the dry pudding mix dissolves. Let the pudding sit for 5 minutes until it thickens and is no longer liquid. Add the whipped topping and roughly half the cookies crumbs. Stir all the ingredients together until the streaks of whipped topping disappear. Fill the ice cream cones with the mixed ingredients. Top with the rest of the cookie crumbs.
