Snowman enJOY-a-bowlⓇ
Maybe it hasn’t yet snowed where you live. Or maybe you live in a place that doesn’t get snow. (Yeah…we’re looking at you, Florida.) Either way, kids love snowmen. So what do you do if you’re currently snow-challenged?
Joy Cone has some delightful and delicious snowman treats that kids will love helping to make and helping to eat.
Containing everything from brownie bits, marshmallows, chocolate, sandwich cookies, pudding, whipped topping, and a delicious enJOY-a-bowlⓇ, the ingredients are a kid’s dream come true.
Ordinarily, we’d say these snowmen are too cute to eat, but we defy anyone … kid or adult … to resist chowing down on these sugary seasonal snowmen.

What to do:
STEP 1: Make the brownies: Preheat the oven to 350° and make the brownies according to the directions on the box. Bake and let cool completely.
STEP 2: Make the frosting: In a large mixing bowl, stir together softened cream cheese with the whipped topping. Add the powdered sugar and continue stirring all ingredients together until well combined. Add more powdered sugar to thicken to desired consistency.
STEP 3: Fill the enJOY-a-bowlⓇ: Cut the brownies into small pieces and fill the bottom of the bowl. Next, add the chocolate pudding. Then, place a layer of chopped chocolate sandwich cookies on top of the pudding. Finally, add the frosting and top with mini marshmallows.
STEP 4: Make the snowman face: First, melt your chocolate according to directions on the package. Decorate the large marshmallow by dipping your lollipop stick in the melted chocolate and make the eyes, mouth and small dot for where the nose will go. Take an orange rainbow chip and attach the nose.
STEP 5: Make the snowman: Prepare your piping bag with a large round tip and fill with the frosting mixture. Pipe the snowman body and place the decorated marshmallow on top. Cut the sour straws to make small strips and add as a scarf. Serve immediately and enJOY!
