Job Title: Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator



The Staffing and Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, reporting to the CHRO on the recruitment processes at all facilities.  This includes understanding front line staffing needs and goals, establishing effective strategies for posting positions locally and nationally as appropriate, and managing selection and interview processes for non-production roles.  This person will collaborate with facility HR to identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with managers, identify potential “fit” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent. All activities must be in compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA and other regulations, as appropriate.



  • Consult with leaders, department managers, and HR team on position descriptions, compensation, and sourcing strategies for all internal and external hiring processes
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, schedule appropriate interview panels, and potentially recommend final selection of applicants
  • Evaluation of our current vendors for pre-employment testing, background & references screenings
  • Place and update all job postings in various formats including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards and staffing partners
  • Along with HR, represent the company at recruiting events (i.e., college job fairs), providing company/job information and interviewing applicants
  • Work with HR to review and regularly to promote referral programs and internal opportunities
  • Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed
  • Review new employee onboarding, ensuring process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and fit of new hires
  • Position may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned



  • Must be able to professionally interact with various departments, customers, and vendors
  • Regular travel required



  • Required: 5+ years of relevant experience in staffing and recruiting
  • Required: Experience with both frontline and executive hiring processes
  • Strongly Preferred: College Degree
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and people skills
