Job Title: Order Entry/Invoicing/AR


This position is located in Hermitage PA. No remote work is available. Please do not apply if you are not in the area, able to commute, or willing to relocate.


This is a position that will include various functions in support of order entry, invoicing, and accounts receivable. Overtime is not expected but may be required periodically.


• Involves collection, organization, processing, verifying and scanning/filing of required paperwork and other duties as may be added
• Assist other function dedicated personnel within the department
• Involves keyboard operation and regular use of office equipment
• Position is essentially sedentary, but candidate must have the ability to access all areas of the office.
• Involves occasional offsite trainings, seminars and webinars


• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, recommended; AS/400 skills a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work professionally with employees and co-workers
• Must have demonstrated good work habits and attendance
• Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills a must
• Preference will be given to candidates with accounting related experience.
