Job Title: IT Support Specialist

Description:

This position is located in Hermitage PA. No remote work is available. Please do not apply if you are not in the area or able to commute.

JOB SUMMARY:
This employee will join the current IT support staff to provide a range of technical support for operations staff including both production and desktop support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provides first line support, training, onboarding, diagnostics for company software, hardware and programs
• Will be required to do special projects as requested
• Will be required to perform clerical work to review and process PO’s, payments, and vendor deliverables
• Provide expertise to office staff to complete projects requiring technological support
• Troubleshoot production equipment, network, and connectivity as needed
• Wire to wire support from production equipment to desk top services
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering
• Minimum of three years of experience in IT or Support Desk
• Experience working with following environments: Windows 10 / Microsoft Office
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting various technical equipment such as laptops, video conferencing systems, mobiles, etc.
• Experience in remote support help and training.
• Ability to work professionally with employees and co-workers
• Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills a must
• Good work habits and attendance
